Heritage Foundation Solves Food Price Crisis — With Nuclear Power Plants?

Published by FPT Blogger at 12:54 pm under Uncategorized

The Heritage Foundation blog’s newest punching bag is apparently biofuels. In this most recent post about biofuels and food prices, the word “oil” doesn’t make an appearance. Apparently, Heritage doesn’t think that record oil prices have anything to do with food prices.

What is Heritage’s solution for food prices? They suggest building four new nuclear power plants in Florida.

FoodPriceTruth Blogger is unaware of how nuclear power plants (even new ones in Florida) will lower food prices or fuel automobiles.

I thinik that you may have missed the point in the nuclear plants. They will not directly fuel automobiles but as you may not know Florida uses a lot of fuel oil to generate electricity. If this fuel isn’t need to make electricity it could be used for other purposes like plastics, fertilizer, and car fuel.
