		<description>I thinik that you may have missed the point in the nuclear plants.  They will not directly fuel automobiles but as you may not know Florida uses a lot of fuel oil to generate electricity.  If this fuel isn't need to make electricity it could be used for other purposes like plastics, fertilizer, and car fuel.</description>
